Limited Warranty for Epoxy Garage Floors
Warranty excludes damage/dulling of finish caused by prolonged use or customer
negligence which includes, but is not limited to:

Lack of Maintenance and Care

Using harsh chemicals for care

Cleaning with abrasive material or detergents

The use of pressure washers and scrubbing or buffing machines

The warranty excludes damage from outside forces like:

Abuse
-
Neglect
-
Misuse (example) - scratches, damages from impact, flames, cracks, breakages, and mechanical damage to the underlying concrete

The warranty does not cover damage due to harsh chemicals such as:
-
Battery Acid
-
Brake Fluid
-
Paint Stripper
-
Industrial solvents or like products
-
Products that have been left on the surface, that cause etching and peeling at sight of flaking
*Warranty excludes epoxy yellowing due to UV rays and age, wear and tear, this is a normal occurrence for epoxy over a period of time.
*Please note that certain actions or circumstances may void your warranty. A comprehensive list of these items can be found on the Manufacturer's Data Sheet provided to you at the time of contract signing. We encourage you to review this information carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of your warranty.
Moisture Related Damage
We install top quality material that is durable, and strong. The warranty excludes moisture-related issues such as:

Water intrusion

Efflorescence and Hydrostatic Pressure (after the product is applied)
-
Refusal of a Moisture Vapor Barrier Protection (when recommended by the installers)
-
Failure to disclose a moisture problem not previously detected.
We patch cracks and or repair the concrete floor during our preparation before installing your coating. Our warranty excludes any outside defects in the concrete/substrate that could affect the epoxy floor coating.
The warranty excludes moisture-related issues such as:

Shifting
-
Popping
-
Settling
-
Lawn Edging - alteration or modification by another company will not be covered under our warranty
-
Moisture Issues/Structural Foundation Movement
-
Newly developed crack after installation at a different location from previous repairs
Cost
You can customize your epoxy floor coating systems which makes it viable in choosing the material type and the labor requirements. The flooring can be both beautiful and functional. There are factors that influence the cost of an epoxy floor.
Size
The bigger the garage, the more product we need to apply, (this is usually the biggest price factors)
Condition
If the garage needs to be repaired before we coat it, or we have to remove existing coating this can affect the price.
Moisture
If moisture is penetrating your slab from the soil below, moisture vapor barrier will need to be installed
